Tuition and fees are supplemented by three annual fund raising events, each with a proven track record. All money raised from these events go to OCA's General Fund. These fundraising events are the Serv-a-Thon that takes place shortly after school starts, Magazine Sales Drive that takes place in October, and an auction that takes place in the Spring.
There are some additional fundraising events that benefit OCA.
In December, the high school band has their annual holiday dinner before the elementary Christmas program. This raises money for their band tour.
In February, the booster club has their annual "Red Wheel Fundraiser", this supplements the athletic and the performing arts programs.
Ongoing through the year, there are several things you can do to earn some extra money for the school. Save "Campbell's Labels for Education", Hy-Vee receipts, save "Our Family" labels (UPC's), and save "Box Tops for Education". There are collection boxes for these items in the hallway by the office!
