Grade 9-12
OCA has a girls junior varsity and varsity basketball team.
The boys have a junior varsity and a varsity team.
Any student can participate in a sport. The only teams requiring try-outs are the varsity teams.
OCA sets scholastic eligibility rules. If a student's grade (in one class) drops below
75%, he or she is considered on probation for the following week. If the grade is not brought up in one week, the student is ineligible and is not allowed to participate in the sport.
Junior High
OCA also has a girls Junior High basketball team and a boys Junior High basketball team.
The eligibility rules are the same for both Junior and Senior High.
Elementary Sports
Winter basketball teams are formed with OCA students if there is enough interest. The elementary sports teams compete in the YMCA program.
